Women's Yoga & Wellbeing

Olivia has created a unique style of class specifically for women. Women's Yoga & Wellbeing combines nourishing yoga sequences with wellbeing practices to support women in their everyday lives. These are lighthearted sessions that can bring up laughter, connection and healing. Olivia is currently offering these sessions at Ironstone Wellbeing Centre in Kettering & The Breathe In Space in Northampton. See below for more detials.

FemiYin is a softer way into a Yin practice, blending Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breath, Meditation & Sound Healing to create a deeply nurturing and healing practice. These sessions are offered at The Breathe In Space every Wednesday. 

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.


Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is more of an intermediate practice focusing on developing your asana practice. This class brings in the feminine energy of creativity. Mixing linear flows and creative flows around different themes to create a well balanced and more dynamic practice. 


Olivia offers beginners meditation classes at Ironstone Wellbeing Centre in Kettering. Olivia has been working with meditation for many years and uses it as a foundational tool in her coaching sessions. She believes everyone should have access to and discover the many benefits of a deeper connection and this can be started through meditation. 


1:1 yoga

Nourish & Nurture

Olivia offers a really nourishing session for her private classes. This is the yummiest of yummy yoga sessions you will have the pleasure of indulging in! With a mixture of Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Womb Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Sound Therapy, touch, and smell this session truly is the most nurturing yoga your body, mind and soul could receive. Feel the beauty your practice can give you with this incredible 1:1 or 1:2 yoga session.
